It gives me immense pride to witness the growth and dedication of Eklavya Model Residential School, Chheribeda, Narayanpur in nurturing the potential of tribal students in my district. EMRS represents not just an educational institution, but a transformative platform for empowerment, equality and excellence. My vision for EMRS is to become a model of inclusive, high quality and holistic education tailored to the needs and aspirations of tribal communities. We aim to foster academic brilliance, cultural pride and responsible citizenship among our students, enabling them to become readers and change makers of tomorrow. We plan to modernize school infrastructure including digital classrooms well- equipped laboratories and safe residential facilities to create a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, emphasis will be laid on improving teaching standards. Integration of smart technology and digital learning platforms will enhance academic outcomes. Alongside academic learning life skills, career counselling programs will be introduced to prepare students for diverse career paths. We will continue to preserve and promote tribal heritage by integrating local art, language and traditions into student’s cultural identities. Together, let us work towards an empowered and self-reliant generation. EMRS is not just a school - it is a beacon of hope and opportunity for our tribal students.
